The Dual Party Relay Council (DPRC) and Deaf Services Commission combined under the Department of Health and Human Services on July 1, 2024. The Commission of Deaf Services advises the IUC on the dual party relay service and equipment distribution program under state law in Iowa Code chapter 477C.
