Join IUC investigators in Osage on October 7 as they share information with the public about Iowa's One Call law and the importance of having underground utilities marked before starting any excavation work.
The free presentation will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Osage Public Safety Center, 432 Main St. No registration is necessary.
Participants will learn about the requirements for marking underground utilities, how to file a One Call complaint, the IUC's role in investigating complaints, and enforcement procedures by the Iowa Attorney General's Office.
The program is hosted by the City of Osage and Osage Municipal Utilities.
